Mark Blaeuer has a M.A. from the University of Arkansas. He held positions in the fields of archeology and physical anthropology, and was employed for twenty years by the National Park Service. Currently residing near Hot Springs, Arkansas, Blaeuer researches baseball history and writing/translating poetry.
