When Thakkar was eight years old, she wanted to become an author. She started writing her book The Adventure of a Lifetime. Thakkar has cystic fibrosis and her wish was to become a published author. At the age of thirteen and with the help of Make a Wish Foundation, Thakkar’s book has been published.
